Stage 1 - LinkedIn Prospecting

We proceed to nurture & qualify each prospect engagement through LinkedIn. (daily)

Once ”connection requests” are accepted, we forecast that your personal LinkedIn profile will acquire over 300 new connections per month.

We’ll archive and report all new leads / prospect data on a weekly basis.

Stage 2 - Tele sales Qualification

1.

We archive the data from our activities of all prospects that have connected on LinkedIn.

2.

We cleanse the data weekly, obtaining as much relevant information as possible; email, phone number & website.

3.

Our team will then deliver outbound tele sales 1 day per week to qualify all prospects identified through LinkedIn.

4.

We agree KPI's with our clients to ensure our team are hitting targets and generating the right leads / appointments.

5.

We'll provide you with accurate reporting on calls made, status of each prospect and vital feedback from prospects.

Stage 3 - Pipeline Management

After stage 2, our team will have now qualified interest and its now time to self the appointment and send follow up information on behalf of our client.

We use an email alias under our clients brand acting as a virtual assistant in Business Development. 

3.

Once we have sent follow up emails, we'll make a record of actions to deliver depending on the outcome. 

4.

We work with our clients to deliver template emails and of course, we're happy to include marketing collateral in our follow up emails.
